You = any visitor or client of our Site or Services.
2. Scope & Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of koomasha.com and any Services we deliver.
Detailed deliverables, timing and fees live in your Proposal or Statement of Work (“SOW”) or invoice.
3. Your License to Use Our Site
You may browse, read or download public content for personal or business use.

Our Content & Tools remain ours. You get a limited license to use what we share on this Site.
Your Deliverables (campaign assets, automations, coaching materials) become yours once paid in full, with a perpetual, non‑exclusive license for us to showcase them in our portfolio.
6. Fees & Payment
All fees, payment schedules and refunds are defined in your Proposal/SOW or invoice.
Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee, capped by local law.
7. Privacy & Data
We collect only what we need. For details, see our Privacy Policy at koomasha.com/privacy.
If you supply personal data, you warrant you have the right to share it.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
Our Promise: We’ll deliver Services as described in your SOW, with care and professionalism.
No Other Promise: Except where required by law, we provide everything “as is” and make no additional guarantees (e.g. specific ROI, ranking boosts, etc.).
9. Limitation of Liability
If something goes off‑track, our total liability is capped at the fees you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, data, goodwill).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site/Services.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time—revised Terms take effect once posted here.
Continued use after updates means you agree to the new Terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute goes to the courts of Tel Aviv.
